No, that is why we use the program LastPass for password sharing. It provides secure + safe sharing of your logins + passwords without us here at Golden Goose Creative ever knowing what any of that information is. That way you have peace of mind and we can still get the job done.

Our rates vary depending on the package needed to complete projects/tasks needed. Each package has a fixed cost that we have calculated based on the hours expected for the work. That being said, as the pricing is based on an hourly rate, if the tasks at hand require additional work hours (than what are agreed upon in the package), we discuss additional potential charges. These charges must be agreed upon before we continue work.

We are committed to delivering on deadline. Turnaround time can depend on the complexity and urgency of the project or tasks at hand. The deadline will be agreed upon before the work begins. If your project is time sensitive, we will need to know when discussing the task at hand.

We use email for our day-to-day communication. We are also available via telephone during our operating hours and via Zoom for regular check-ups and scheduled meetings. We use screen-sharing and project management tools to communicate with our clients. We will do our best to accommodate your business and preferred communication style when delegating tasks.
